Senior Project Manager, TDS

Location: Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA; travel of 10% or less may be required.

Salary: $103,955–$122,300 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk, multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Manage project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, options, trade-offs, recommendations, and escalation materials.
• Engage sponsors, steering committees, CIOs, VPs, and other senior leaders as the primary delivery interface.
• Lead vendor and implementation partner activities, holding partners accountable for contractual commitments, milestones, and quality.
• Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators while improving PMO governance, delivery processes, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including complex enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience with data platforms, integrations, enterprise applications, project financials, and distributed cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency with Smartsheet; experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, predictive project management, data governance, and financial planning.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or a similar project management certification is strongly preferred; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
