Change Manager

Location: Hybrid in Rockville, Maryland, or remote within the continental United States; up to 25% CONUS travel

Salary: $130,546–$152,875 per year

What you will do

• Lead organizational change management, user readiness, adoption, and training across the VA supply chain management DevSecOps product line.
• Develop change strategies using Prosci ADKAR or a comparable methodology.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments for enterprise system releases and modernization initiatives.
• Create communications, stakeholder engagement, role-based training, and reinforcement strategies.
• Support multi-site deployments, post-go-live hypercare, adoption measurement, and user feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with VA stakeholders, Product Owners, program leadership, and Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of organizational change management, training, or adoption experience on federal IT programs, including 3+ years leading enterprise implementations or modernizations.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness assessments, training, and reinforcement.
• Experience developing virtual instructor-led and self-paced training for enterprise applications, including Section 508-compliant materials.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, instructional design, healthcare administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Background Investigation and VA PIV credential.

Nice to have

• VA, federal health, supply chain, logistics, or related enterprise modernization experience.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or ACMP CCMP certification.
• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
