Junior Product Manager (Health Technology)

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must be able to verify their legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product execution for a defined product area and align engineering, design, client teams, and leadership around priorities.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics.
• Work with internal and external partners to understand customer segments, validate solutions, and build scalable B2B products.
• Partner with engineering leads to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate launches, documentation, communications, adoption, change management, governance, and product success metrics.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of total professional experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives involving design, engineering, and QA.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle, including discovery, strategic visioning, and delivery.
• Experience with customer insights, data, analytics, product roadmaps, and product or system rollouts.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

• Experience driving meaningful growth for B2B products.
• Prior product management experience.
