Product Owner (Healthcare)

Location: Office location or remote within the USA

Salary: $80,000–$108,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate product vision and roadmap features into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, refine requirements, and balance stakeholder needs.
• Lead the product functional design process using knowledge of users and technology.
• Collaborate with analytics, design and user experience, engineering, user enablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define self-service user experiences, customer support, and monitoring requirements.
• Track and report post-launch product performance to inform future investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management and/or product development.
• Experience launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, prototyping, and iterative development.
• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Product Owner (CPO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certification, or equivalent.
