What you will do

  • Procure international cross-BU transport and logistics services for all business units globally.
  • Negotiate with third-party providers to achieve significant savings and cost avoidance.
  • Define concepts that leverage cross-BU synergies in logistics to reduce expenses.
  • Identify and consolidate effects across global markets, suppliers, and business units.
  • Establish supplier panels and ensure the conclusion of framework agreements.
  • Collaborate with global logistics functions to define requirements and strategies during critical situations.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business-related degree.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and markets regarding transport and warehousing.
  • Expertise in logistics calculation and planning methods.
  • Experience in a comparable position or forwarder agency.
  • Fluent English skills (German is an additional advantage).
  • Willingness to travel.
