Salary: 126,600 - 154,700 PLN per year

What you will do

• Ensure accuracy of inventory values and system stock levels using SAP MM-IM, legacy systems, and 3PL WMS.
• Define, execute, and improve processes to maintain correct and compliant inventory records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, WMS process failures, or interface issues.
• Support SAP rollouts as Business Process Owner and Key User for SAP MM-IM.
• Take ownership of financial closing processes including in-transit inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor returns, damages, and restocking processes to ensure proper reconciliation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of SAP MM-IM; familiarity with SAP CI and IDoc monitoring is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis; SQL and Tableau knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• 12 months fixed-term contract.
