Packing and Dispatch Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Process customer orders and verify quantities, delivery locations, and documentation.
• Prepare dispatch plans, coordinate picking and loading, track deliveries, and resolve dispatch escalations.
• Monitor finished-goods inventory, coordinate transfers, identify shortages or excess stock, and support production planning.
• Maintain daily MIS covering orders, dispatches, inventory movements, and pending deliveries.
• Manage warehouse activities including receiving, kitting, packing, storage, loading, and safe handling of goods.
• Raise non-conformance reports, maintain 5S standards, and support improvements to fulfilment and inventory control.

Requirements

• Previous warehousing, receiving, packing, shipping, or dispatch experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in packing, shipping, or warehousing.
• Certificate or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping processes, ERP systems, and MS Excel for MIS and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• South African citizenship is preferred.
