Product Manager Sr (Financial Services)

Annual salary: $93,000–$189,000, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, product vision, epics, and features.
• Define priorities, sequencing, timelines, and minimum marketable product, minimum viable product, and increment scope.
• Track progress against value streams, OKRs, and target versus actual investment levels.
• Coordinate feature delivery and user acceptance testing with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Manage, coach, and mentor Product Owners, Product Managers, and other colleagues.
• Facilitate feature definition workshops, best-practice sharing, continuous improvement, and value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in product development, product ownership, or product management.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and priorities.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with user-centered design and usability.

Nice to have

• PSPO III or CSP-PO certification.
• PAL1 or CAL1 certification.
• Strong experience with retail or business financial services.
