Industrial Maintenance Technician 1st Shift (Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Equipment)

Location: Onsite at the Chardon, Ohio, United States facility; 1st shift, 6:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m., Monday–Thursday. Overtime is available.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and achievements. Hiring bonus: $1,000 paid as $500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in the manufacturing facility.
• Install and configure AC and DC drives.
• Troubleshoot 480V three-phase motor circuit controls and perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established program outlines.
• Read diagrams, schematics, instructions, and technical manuals; verify repair accuracy and completion.
• Document required supplies and support production-area work as business needs require.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V.
• Mathematical and mechanical reasoning, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift or lower weights up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a written and hands-on skills test.
