Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Location: Rocky Mount, North Carolina, United States; onsite, Monday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate production activities across the assigned third shift.
• Assign personnel, maintain shift coverage, and support production schedules, changeovers, and equipment preparation.
• Review production reports, identify performance gaps, and take corrective action to meet output, service, safety, and quality targets.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and develop approximately 20–30 hourly production employees.
• Maintain standards for quality, housekeeping, safety, material handling, and equipment availability.
• Partner with Engineering and Production Management on new processes, scheduling, inventory control, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience is also considered.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system for production, inventory, or operational processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coach employees, manage shift performance, and maintain positive employee relations.
