Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Rocky Mount, North Carolina, United States. Onsite, Monday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate production activities for the assigned third shift.
• Assign personnel, maintain shift coverage, and support production schedules.
• Review production reports, identify performance gaps, and take corrective action.
• Train, coach, and evaluate approximately 20–30 hourly production employees.
• Maintain standards for safety, quality, housekeeping, workflow, and shift performance.
• Support process introductions, equipment changeovers, inventory availability, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system for production, inventory, or operational processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
• Lean Manufacturing certification or formal training is an asset.
