Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location: 9704 W Roosevelt St, Tolleson, Arizona, USA; onsite, third shift from approximately 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual base pay plus a 7.5% target annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise the production team and work daily with production leads.
• Communicate production goals and manage daily and weekly manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure team safety through training, reinforcement, and oversight across all plant positions.
• Improve plant layout, production flow, scrap, labor efficiency, and other manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and monitor equipment reliability.
• Lead safety and continuous improvement events and complete daily production reporting and Leader Standard Work.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supervising a production or manufacturing team.
• Ability to operate all machine areas and hold Level 4 certification in two cell areas: Edge Banding, Pack, Saw, or CNC/BHX.
• Ability to reach Level 4 in an additional cell area within the first 90 days.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and typical manufacturing databases.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling, suppliers, and customer interactions.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force infrequently or up to 15 pounds frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, cabinetry, or furniture.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or the Toyota Production System.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in a second language.
