Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Ormond Beach, Florida, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility, working the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM third shift.

What you will do

• Lead a production team and coordinate resources to meet production volumes, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Promote safe behaviors, improve safety systems, and ensure compliance with HSE standards across shifts.
• Engage team members in identifying process improvement opportunities and support a participative production environment.
• Develop team members, identify growth opportunities, and reinforce accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Manage payroll processing, performance reviews, operational audits, and standard operating task reviews.
• Analyze machine processes and lead improvement initiatives within the production area.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of manufacturing experience, an associate degree with at least 4 years, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years; an engineering or technical degree is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard computer tools.
• Valid work authorization to work for hirify.global in the United States is required.

• Knowledge of molding or machining processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Proactive HSE and workplace safety mindset.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency for cross-team communication.
