Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Bilingual Preferred) (Manufacturing)

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, 2nd shift Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for the second-shift manufacturing department across multiple processes and product lines.
• Coordinate production employees and communicate activities between shifts and partner departments.
• Deliver safe, timely, efficient production schedules while monitoring quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory.
• Compile and analyze production and performance data and complete safety, productivity, and policy reports.
• Select, coach, develop, and manage the performance of production staff, including onboarding and orientation.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives and resolve conflicts on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing operations, workforce capacity, parts flow, and production schedules.
• Strong communication, coaching, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, orderly, and policy-compliant production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience as a team lead or project team leader in an operational environment.
• Spanish-English bilingual ability is preferred to support communication with a diverse workforce.
