What you will do

  • Partner with senior executives to define hiring needs and shape corporate talent strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for diverse corporate roles including Sales, Legal, Risk, and Finance.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Manage recruitment across multiple European markets, adapting to regional nuances.
  • Champion employer branding and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house.
  • Proven track record of hiring for corporate functions from entry to Director levels.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in the technology or Fintech industry.
  • Specific experience hiring within the Israeli market.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
