Product Manager (Fintech)

Product Manager (Fintech): Responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s international payments products, leading a team to build and scale global money movement capabilities. Focus on payments, compliance, risk, and FX, driving product vision and execution to power hirify.global’s global expansion and meet company goals.

Location: New York, NY (HQ), San Francisco, CA. Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)

Salary: $170K - $325K

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international payments at hirify.global.
• Drive execution with a team of engineers and designers, balancing intuition with data-driven decision making.
• Craft intuitive user experiences that abstract away complexity.
• Expand the capabilities of hirify.global's product to help finance teams manage their finances.
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude to accelerate the product development lifecycle.
• Stay informed on AI research and industry trends, applying it creatively to hirify.global’s product.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years product management experience.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Fluency in data and data-driven product decisions.
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
• Ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal.
• Passion for AI, hands-on building, prototyping, and staying current on research and tools.

Nice to have

• Background in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Experience building payments products or products in regulated markets.
• Experience building products with a significant AI component, especially if leveraging LLMs.
