Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling (Fintech)

Location: Singapore. Hybrid and flexible working is available.

What you will do

• Lead long-term financial strategy development and build 3–5 year models supporting global expansion and capital allocation.
• Conduct what-if analyses, risk assessments, industry analysis, and KPI development for senior leadership.
• Define the financial steering model and oversee controlling, reporting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Establish budgeting guidelines, monitor forecasts, control costs, and assess profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a diverse multi-country team of more than 20 employees.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, accounting, and project teams to improve financial decision-making and modernize ERP and financial information tools.

Requirements

• 12+ years of senior finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A and at least 3 years in a senior team-leadership role.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and cost analysis skills.
• Expert experience with ERP systems, financial reporting software, and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to set enterprise-level goals and strategies in complex environments.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a finance-related discipline.
