Project Manager (AI)

hirify.global provides an AI-powered Event Engagement Platform for virtual, hybrid, and live events.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery from post-sale handover and kickoff through go-live, onsite execution, and post-event closeout.
• Build project plans, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, timelines, and client-facing status updates.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and lead project meetings, decisions, actions, and follow-up.
• Advise on platform configuration, event setup, attendee engagement, matchmaking, content, and activation strategies.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Solutions, Integrations, Product, Support, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Lead readiness reviews, quality checks, issue resolution, delivery metrics, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, event operations, customer delivery, or client services.
• Experience managing multiple client projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including expectation setting and constructive handling of difficult conversations.
• Comfort working with event data, registration platform configuration, imports, testing, integrations, and technical teams.
• Experience with ETL processes, APIs, CRM systems, or third-party integrations is advantageous.
• Availability for significant onsite travel to client events multiple times per quarter is required.

• Experience implementing event technology, SaaS platforms, registration systems, event apps, networking solutions, or related digital-event products.
