Implementation Manager

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and software implementation projects for provider and supplier clients.
• Gather requirements, define project scope, and create complex project and program plans covering deliverables, schedules, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, suppliers, and customer success teams to deliver integrations and customer outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project changes, risks, issues, service-level agreements, and quality standards.
• Improve implementation productivity through process documentation, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot new implementations, resolve escalated client issues, and mentor Implementation Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in similar or progressively responsible roles.
• Proven experience delivering successful projects and driving software adoption.
• Experience applying customer success best practices and providing consultative customer support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in Milwaukee, WI, as the job is performed in the listed location.
