Lead Solutions & AI Enablement Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings. A dedicated home workspace and high-speed wired DSL or cable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required; satellite and wireless internet are not permitted.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across experience, operations, data, and insight systems.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures and reusable patterns for data platforms, clinical document NLP, RPA, automation, interoperability, and provider-data integrations.
• Design production-grade generative and agentic AI capabilities, including orchestration, tool calling, memory, multi-agent collaboration, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• Define integration contracts and domain boundaries across APIs, event-driven microservices, EMR systems, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance checkpoints, risk assessments, and compliance validation against privacy, security, and enterprise standards.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, data, operations, enterprise architecture, and executive stakeholders to turn conceptual designs into delivery-ready architectural runways.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive information technology experience in architecture, engineering, information security, or a related technology field.
• At least 5 years of solution architecture experience in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems, including work in regulated HIPAA/PHI environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data platforms, identity and access management, data sharing, and secrets management.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven integration, security models, non-functional requirements, availability, performance, and resilience.
• Production experience delivering generative and agentic AI across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and knowledge management, and secure data integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical document NLP pipelines and RPA in Home Health workflows such as eligibility and authorization.
• Knowledge of Home Healthcare conceptual architectures, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Azure tenant group governance, enterprise identity and access flows, and portfolio governance forums such as ARB, TRB, and MOR.
• Expertise in human-in-the-loop workflows, safety policies, telemetry, A/B testing, retries, fallbacks, deterministic handoffs, APIs, and MCPs.
