Supply Chain Manager (Electrical Equipment)

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Remote)

Compensation: $199,000 – $262,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the procurement of major electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, and busway.
• Negotiate long-term capacity reservations with electrical OEMs to align with the forward build pipeline.
• Dual-source major equipment classes and manage design implications in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Track factory production milestones and expedite equipment to ensure project schedules remain on track.
• Develop and refine supply chain prediction models to forecast lead times and demand with high precision.

Requirements

• Must have U.S. work authorization.
• Proven experience sourcing major electrical equipment for large-scale construction programs.
• Deep knowledge of current electrical market lead times by product class.
• Experience managing commercial risk through factory capacity reservations ahead of firm designs.
• Ability to expedite equipment through factory channels effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with MV/HV equipment and utility-scale generation.
• Familiarity with OFCI programs and factory witness testing.
