Purchasing Analyst

What you will do

• Manage rebate, discount, and incentive processes and payments with builders and suppliers.
• Collect and analyze builder cost information and supplier program proposals to support purchasing sourcing events.
• Build tools, processes, and templates that enable the purchasing program to scale.
• Work with Product and Procure teams to facilitate program development.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for builders and help them unlock the value of the purchasing program.
• Handle ongoing communications with builders and suppliers regarding rebates, discounts, and incentives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data management and financial analysis experience.
• Construction industry experience.
• Strong financial analysis, technology, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to make thoughtful, analytical decisions and deliver independently from a defined mission.
• Process-minded approach with consideration for current and future impact.
