Director of Global Logistics

Location: Boston, MA (Office-based or hybrid options available)

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary

What you will do

• Lead global fulfillment, order planning, and customer shipping operations.
• Own the global 3PL and internal warehouse network, managing performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Direct freight operations from factory to warehouse and between warehouses.
• Select and manage freight forwarder and customs broker partnerships.
• Define and execute global customs strategy and compliance programs, including WEEE and Duty Drawback.
• Lead, coach, and grow a global team of managers to support 50% year-over-year growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and building global teams.
• Proven success in owning 3PL strategy, contracts, and performance.
• Deep experience managing global air, ocean, and ground freight.
• Working knowledge of customs compliance, HTS classification, Incoterms, and Dangerous Goods (lithium batteries).
• Professional experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
