Associate Product Manager (IT Solutions)

Salary: $60,000–$76,410 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage go-to-market strategies for partner portfolios across selling subsidiaries.
• Evaluate new partner and solution opportunities and onboard selected partners through contracts, pricing programs, service obligations, and promotional activities.
• Build partner-driven programs by coordinating resources across sales, operations, purchasing, finance, technical services, and external partners.
• Develop business plans, campaigns, quarterly initiatives, and partner or program collateral.
• Monitor program performance, measure effectiveness, and report on enablement activities and return on investment.

Requirements

• Experience with business planning and strategic marketing plan development.
• Understanding of partner-driven channel models and the value-added technology industry.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Ability to use Business Intelligence tools, analyze trends and data, and develop short- and long-term plans.
• Advanced presentation, communication, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
