Product Operations - Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule: office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding workflows for wealth managers and financial professionals, from intake through activation.
• Configure and maintain annuity products, ensuring accurate product data and timely updates.
• Support Hexure integration and configuration, including implementation, testing, and platform optimization.
• Prepare materials, synthesize platform data, and support senior management on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales on platform capabilities, operational timelines, client acquisition, and retention.
• Partner with Engineering to track, escalate, and resolve platform issues while managing client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, or a related concentration preferred.
• 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in financial services.
• Exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, support senior stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into operational execution.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM or operational tools.
