What you will do

• Lead implementations, enhancement requests, and maintenance projects for assigned client accounts.
• Manage and prioritize client configuration and data-management requests, track deliverables, and communicate risks and status updates.
• Advise customers on applying hirify.global technology through consulting, solution architecture, and brand visibility guidance.
• Translate business rules and requirements into business requirements documents and accurate platform configurations.
• Configure Knowledge Graph, Pages, Listings, and Search; build Connectors, analyze and import customer data, and perform quality assurance.
• Collaborate with account managers, sellers, engineers, designers, delivery managers, developers, and product management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar college-level education.
• 3–6 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong data modeling and technical experience, including website development, data integrations, or CRM design and management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to explain complex problems.
• Experience building scalable technical solutions, learning new concepts quickly, and working in cross-functional environments.
• Fluency and interest in artificial intelligence usage, optimization, and tool creation; occasional travel of less than 5% is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of relational databases, SEO, GEO, AIO, local digital marketing, Agile software development, or UX best practices.
