What you will do

• Lead technical project management for large implementations, client accounts, enhancement requests, and maintenance projects.
• Manage and prioritize client configuration and data-management requests, communicate status, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Advise customers on applying hirify.global technology to achieve brand visibility results and build scalable solutions.
• Create business requirements documents and configure Knowledge Graph, Pages, Listings, Search, Connectors, and customer data within the hirify.global platform.
• Work directly with customers and collaborate with account managers, sellers, engineers, developers, designers, delivery managers, and other Platform Consultants.
• Test new product features and workflows, apply them to client configurations, provide product feedback, and contribute to internal resources and process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in any subject area or similar college-level education.
• 3–6 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong data-modeling and technical background, such as website development, data integrations, or CRM design and management, with demonstrated ability to build scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a process-driven approach.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering consistent, high-quality service.
• Fluency and interest in artificial intelligence usage, optimization, and tool creation.
• Availability for occasional travel of less than 5%.

Nice to have

• Understanding of relational databases, SEO, GEO, AIO, local digital marketing, Agile software development, or user experience best practices.
