Associate Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: New York City, New York, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office

Salary: $89,000–$110,000 USD annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Advise large and complex enterprise customers throughout software implementation and business transformation initiatives.
• Translate customer business needs into executable implementation plans and solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and advise them on improving their transformation strategy.
• Coordinate across multiple teams with competing priorities while managing several complex projects or initiatives.
• Deliver customer-facing presentations and work with senior customer leaders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects or initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience delivering customer-facing presentations and working consistently with senior leaders.
• Ability to work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience working with banking and insurance clients on business and regulatory requirements, system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services, including intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation.
