Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD OTE per year

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the hirify.global Financial Performance Management Suite from initial design through go-live.
• Collaborate with customers to translate complex financial processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and risks to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct customer and partner enablement sessions, including training and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide field feedback to inform future product enhancements and service offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, or FP&A.
• Prior experience in professional services or consulting, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
• Experience implementing EPM/FPM platforms or complex financial business applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and senior-level customer executives.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to balance customer needs with product best practices.
• Must be based in North America.
