Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote, North America

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location; equity, benefits, and wellbeing resources are also included.

hirify.global provides cloud-based financial performance management software for planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.

What you will do

• Support implementations of the hirify.global Financial Performance Management Suite from design through go-live.
• Translate customer financial processes and requirements into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Configure, test, validate, and roll out solutions that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, delivery metrics, and project profitability.
• Lead customer and partner training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation handoffs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams while providing feedback for product and service improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience, ideally with SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience implementing financial systems, EPM/FPM platforms, or complex business applications is strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative judgment and the ability to balance customer needs with product best practices.
• Effective communication with technical teams and senior customer executives.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, collaborate independently, and manage multiple priorities.
