Salary: $70,100 - $105,200 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation as the site's primary safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to implement practical solutions.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of the business.
• Manage the site's first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Execute site audits and analyze incident trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee recordkeeping and the delivery of WHS training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hirify.global FTE experience.
• 3+ years of experience in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing or service operations.
• 3+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already certified.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement.
