Forward Deployed Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA, with regular in-person presence at a hub in NYC, Austin, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. Hybrid work is expected at a minimum of 2–3 days per week in the office; full-time remote work is not supported.

Annual US base salary: $180,000–$220,000.

What you will do

• Own strategic product relationships with Method’s largest accounts and identify new initiatives and revenue opportunities.
• Partner directly with customers’ CPOs and product leaders on new products and integrations.
• Coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Product to bring initiatives from concept to launch.
• Present new ideas to customers, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Define the forward-deployed coverage playbook as the model expands to additional accounts.
• Guide cross-functional strategy for maximizing value from existing customer integrations.

Requirements

• Background in consulting, client services, customer success, solutions, or account management, with experience working with senior customers.
• Product instincts gained as a Product Manager or through shaping products from the customer side.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and performance tradeoffs.
• Ability to act proactively and reactively, test ideas with customers, and persist through complex problems.
• Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Ability to maintain regular in-person presence at a US office hub.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or financial data companies.
• Experience at a top consulting firm followed by an operator role in customer success, business operations, solutions, or product.
• Exposure to lending, underwriting, or credit data.
