Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office 5 days a week

Annual starting salary: $200,000–$250,000, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global builds APIs and components that enable companies to design, launch, and operate branded credit and debit financial products while hirify.global manages lending, compliance, and operations.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs for the hirify.global ledger.
• Define how authorizations, holds, settlements, reversals, refunds, disputes, fees, and payments are recorded across credit and debit products.
• Build a trusted source of truth with strong controls, reconciliation, traceability, and balance validation.
• Design a shared ledger foundation that supports new products and money-movement types without rebuilding accounting logic.
• Partner with engineering, processors, and bank partners on data models, system boundaries, integrations, transaction flows, failures, and consistency.
• Develop automation for reconciliation, anomaly detection, financial operations, and exception handling.

Requirements

• Experience building or owning a ledger, core banking system, or issuing processor at a bank, neobank, processor, or BaaS platform.
• Strong technical ability and comfort working deeply with engineers on data models, transaction lifecycles, system boundaries, failure modes, and edge cases.
• Systems thinking across risk, finance, operations, compliance, and customer experience.
• Understanding of accuracy, reliability, controls, and auditability in systems that move and account for money.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 5 days a week.

• Interest in applying AI and automation to financial operations, reconciliation, investigation, and exception management.
