Director of Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $154,492.00–$247,187.20 per year, with potential commission or performance bonus.

What you will do

• Define the strategic direction, vision, priorities, and multi-year roadmaps for assigned product portfolios.
• Own product outcomes including revenue growth, adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Develop pricing, packaging, monetization, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead product lifecycle decisions, launches, modernization initiatives, expansion opportunities, and retirement strategies.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate a team of four to five Product Managers and a Product Designer.
• Align Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Executive Leadership around product investments and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of Product Management experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers or equivalent product organizations.
• At least 5 years serving credit unions, financial institutions, banks, fintechs, or related financial services organizations.
• Experience with product strategy, pricing models, monetization, commercialization, market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer research, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience with digital banking, core banking, loan payments, ACH, card processing, money movement, banking APIs and SDKs, white-label experiences, or financial services SaaS.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Broad knowledge of payment technologies, digital banking ecosystems, and financial services product offerings.
