Salary: $76,150–$116,800 annually

What you will do

• Provide specialized expertise across environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
• Assist with, track, and measure projects addressing safety issues.
• Partner with site leadership on the daily execution of Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Manage and compile data from multiple outputs for leadership reporting.
• Develop, integrate, implement, and execute site EHS strategies aligned with the global company vision.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support, or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of such experience.
• Strong communication skills for aligning senior leadership on strategic objectives and coaching frontline teams.
• Experience with the RCCA process, business-case preparation, and process improvements.
• Strong listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience scheduling development activities according to project scope and balancing multiple projects, including coordination, status tracking, and performance-to-plan management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, or an equivalent field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience related to the required skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, innovative behavior, and ability to multitask in a challenging environment.
