Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: US-based hybrid role; teams decide which 10+ days per month they come into the office.

Salary: $248,000–$300,000 USD annual base salary for positions based in California, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Payouts product.
• Lead the end-to-end payments experience across hirify.global's payouts products.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and high-quality product launches.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations.
• Align collaborators, remove blockers, communicate decisions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, including 5–10 years in core product management.
• Deep payments expertise and strong curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
• Experience scaling and evangelizing successful products.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
• Strong technical competence and understanding.
• Ability to build relationships and align teams with different priorities.
