Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: US - Miami, FL; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $124,300–$198,600 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Execute the Acceptance Growth Center of Excellence roadmap across Latin America and the Caribbean, translating strategy into timelines, deliverables, and accountable workstreams.
• Design and launch MVP pilots using hypothesis-driven experimentation, KPI tracking, data analysis, and AI tools.
• Optimize merchant growth and graduation from nano to micro and small segments, improving onboarding, activation, conversion, and adoption of value-added services.
• Expand bill payment use cases by onboarding billers, aggregators, platforms, and coordinating card-on-file, autopay, and presentment integrations.
• Coordinate integrations with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, third-party acquirers, and value-added service providers.
• Monitor merchant activation, transaction volume, service adoption, customer satisfaction, and other performance metrics; turn insights into product, go-to-market, and partnership recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, or related industries.
• Experience executing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, functions, and markets.
• Strong experience in experimentation, data analysis, performance optimization, and cross-functional or matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Fluent English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, platforms, or technical integrations.
• Knowledge of payments and fintech ecosystems, SMB needs, and behavior in emerging markets.
