Delivery Manager (Construction Operations)

Location

Location: Remote within the United States (Austin, TX; New York, NY; Seattle, WA)

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Run construction operations across multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale sites managing schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Set operating rhythms between general contractors, self-perform crews, and internal teams to surface blockers early.
• Standardize construction playbooks to improve build speed and quality across sites.
• Drive constructability feedback into design and manufacturing to engineer out field problems.
• Own outcomes and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Travel approximately 75% to active construction sites; role is field-based.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work remotely from Austin, New York, or Seattle.
• Experience running construction operations across multiple large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to hold general contractors to schedule on challenging projects.
• Ability to critically read P6 schedules and identify non-real float.
• Experience turning field lessons into standards followed by other projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75%) and work from the field.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or semiconductor construction.
• Knowledge of modular and prefab delivery methods.
• Experience with design-build contracting and self-perform crews.
