Capacity Delivery Program Manager (Data Center)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA. On-site role.

Salary: $155,000 – $200,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the P6 CPM schedule for greenfield data center builds from baseline through closeout.
• Drive schedule compression on critical paths, quantifying recovery options in days and dollars.
• Track cost and field productivity against baselines to identify and mitigate overruns.
• Lead schedule reviews with General Contractors and trade partners to challenge logic and durations.
• Build reporting cadences including look-aheads, earned value, and milestone dashboards for leadership.
• Close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records suitable for owner audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost control experience.
• Experience with hyperscale data center builds or complex construction programs of $500M+.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer.
• Ability to communicate concisely and defend schedule decisions to executives.
