Project Manager, Project & Development Services (Data Center)

Location: Austin, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Ashburn, Chicago, Raleigh, or Atlanta, United States

Salary: $110,500–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the scope, planning, scheduling, design, development, and construction phases of assigned projects.
• Lead project initiation, execution, completion, meetings, reporting, and client communications.
• Develop and maintain master project budgets, timelines, electronic files, and financial records.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs, review change orders and invoices, and track project-related expenditures.
• Identify and resolve project issues while keeping building management informed of progress.
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures beyond the approved budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related project management experience.
• Experience working on data center projects is required.
• Experience in client relations, client management, and consulting.
• Ability to manage complete projects autonomously, interpret construction specifications, blueprints, and architectural or engineering drawings.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and Microsoft Office skills; ability to guide junior staff.
