Project Executive (AI Data Center Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX, US; on-site. Travel to multiple project sites may be required up to 30%.

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.

What you will do

• Lead complex, hyperscale AI data center construction projects.
• Oversee delivery of multiple critical projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Build and lead teams of construction industry professionals.
• Manage large-scale project budgets and coordinate work across multiple project sites.
• Serve as a key leader for major construction projects within hirify.global’s Digital Infrastructure Group.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management for mission-critical projects.
• Proven record of delivering challenging projects on time and on or under budget.
• Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Preferred background includes hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or complex manufacturing facilities.
