Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for new site developments.
• Create detailed cost studies and conceptual estimates for pre-construction phases.
• Prepare independent internal take-offs, cost estimates, and cash flow ledgers.
• Review General Contractor and major trade proposals for cost, scope, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate project cost and schedule risks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on construction and development costs across North American markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Estimating, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in construction budgeting and pricing.
• Expert knowledge of engineering scopes including electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil.
• Strong preference for Data Center or MEP estimating experience.
• Proficiency in cost/estimating software, ProCore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
