What you will do

• Lead experience strategy, discovery, and product design across commercial treasury products, services, channels, and customer journeys.
• Define experience vision through research, journey mapping, information architecture, content strategy, service design, and systems thinking.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Research, and business stakeholders to influence priorities, roadmaps, and portfolio direction.
• Facilitate remote and in-person workshops, collaborative sessions, and decision-making activities.
• Drive end-to-end experience quality while championing accessibility, design standards, and scalable practices.
• Mentor and potentially manage designers, supporting hiring, onboarding, coaching, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 9 years of combined education and relevant product design experience.
• Proven expertise in product design and human-centered design, including use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, scenarios, and wireframes.
• Experience managing product development programs from vision through launch and iteration, with project and people management capabilities.
• Experience designing for desktop, mobile, web applications, digital touchpoints, and non-digital channels.
• Experience with accessibility standards, cross-platform issues, mobile user interfaces, and systems thinking.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Miro, and Webex.
