What you will do

• Define and drive design strategy for key product domains, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, scalable experiences aligned with customer and business goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Research, and executive stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, and product direction.
• Lead and mentor product design teams, develop design leaders, and raise standards for craft, product thinking, and AI fluency.
• Champion AI-assisted research, design, prototyping, and development workflows to improve speed and decision quality.
• Prototype concepts hands-on and guide the design of conversational, agentic, personalized, and generative product experiences.
• Improve design systems, processes, collaboration, and execution from discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years designing and shipping digital products and features end-to-end, including 5+ years managing product design teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in UX, interaction design, and information architecture across responsive web and mobile platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native tools.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve design efficiency, research, prototyping, product development, or output quality.
• Strong product judgment, communication, presentation, collaboration, ownership, and comfort working in ambiguous environments; a portfolio is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or overseeing AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, personalization, or generative content.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency across research, UX, content, prototyping, and AI-assisted development.
