Manufacturing Supervisor (Days - A Shift)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. Rotational day shift from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM on a repeating pattern of 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Weekend shifts include additional pay.

What you will do

• Lead safe, high-quality daily manufacturing operations in an assigned production suite.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver production schedules on time.
• Coach, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to operators.
• Review batch records and logbooks for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Support deviations, SOPs, technical writing, and other documentation activities.
• Promote housekeeping, 6S, daily management, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• AS or BS degree in a science-related field; a high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
• Manufacturing experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
• Previous people-leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in biological manufacturing or cleanroom operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic batch records and technical documentation, plus the ability to work the specified rotating day-shift schedule.
