Manufacturing Supervisor - Nights

Location: US-CO-Frederick; onsite manufacturing facility. Initial schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM for approximately 12 months; future shifts may include nights, weekends, holidays, 3x12, or 4x10 schedules.

Salary: $107,440–$167,875 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

hirify.global is expanding its oligonucleotide manufacturing capabilities with a purpose-built facility supporting therapeutic development.

What you will do

• Lead Manufacturing Chemists and production departments responsible for manufacturing oligonucleotides and API.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement solutions to manufacturing and department issues while coordinating daily operations.
• Ensure SOPs, safety procedures, administrative tasks, and production processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Track safety, quality, and efficiency metrics and lead cross-department initiatives for site improvement.
• Mentor employees and support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a manager, supervisor, or lead individual contributor in an FDA-regulated GMP facility; 2+ years is helpful.
• Leadership experience in a chemical or manufacturing production environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and completing SOPs, change controls, non-conformance records, CAPAs, and KPIs.
• Ability to lead execution of processes, projects, and tactical initiatives.
• Availability for the stated onsite schedule, including potential future nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of CDMO experience.
• CQV experience.
• Emergency Response Team training and participation.
