What you will do
- Manage the global APAC cybersecurity program across a portfolio of projects.
- Lead projects through framing, validation, execution, and transition to operations in coordination with the Global PMO.
- Coordinate project resources, local and regional IT teams, and security stakeholders to deliver tasks on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present strategic updates, risks, priorities, and regional progress to APAC management committees.
- Manage project resource and financial planning, including hiring and onboarding project resources.
- Identify KPI gaps, recommend enhancements, and track improvement initiatives across APAC.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering security-focused projects in a multinational company, preferably in banking, consulting, or technology.
- Experience in the banking sector and managing programs with multiple cross-regional stakeholders.
- Good knowledge or prior experience in cybersecurity activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent required; CISSP, CISM, or CISA is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication required. French and Chinese are a plus.

- Knowledge of AI or machine-learning techniques in cybersecurity projects, including reporting and analysis.
- Master’s degree or CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
- French or Chinese language skills.
