Project Manager – Cybersecurity (APAC)

Location: APAC delivery of a global cybersecurity program

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects across APAC, from framing and validation through execution and transition to Run.
• Coordinate global, regional, and local IT and Security stakeholders, resources, dependencies, risks, and project contributors.
• Consolidate regional updates, risks, and progress for global steering activities and present strategic updates to APAC executive and management committees.
• Manage project resource and financial planning, including budgeting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Identify KPI gaps, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for management decisions.
• Support department-wide budget activities, tool rollouts, and regional programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 8+ years of experience delivering security-focused projects within multinational organizations, including experience in the banking sector.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity activities and strong capabilities in project governance, risk management, resource planning, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook; PMP or equivalent certification required.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
• Experience applying AI or machine-learning techniques to cybersecurity reporting or analysis.
