Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst)

Location: Hybrid work in the Federal Way office, at client sites, and from home; must reside in the greater Seattle area.

Salary: $30–$35 per hour, plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus of up to 4% based on departmental KPIs and metrics.

What you will do

• Resolve escalated support requests, break/fix issues, application installations, and user configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, cloud, and client environment issues remotely and onsite.
• Configure and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments, including Hyper-V hosts, networking, and security tasks.
• Deploy and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, networking switches, access points, Datto Networking, and related infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Datto BCDR, SaaS Backup, and other technologies across client environments.
• Mentor Level I technicians, manage escalations, document tickets in Autotask, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Seattle area and be able to work from home, the Federal Way office, and client sites as needed.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is required, or must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, core networking concepts, on-premise SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independent and collaborative work skills, time management, and organization.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment.

Nice to have

• MD-102 certification.
• Experience with MSP environments and Datto Networking.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Datto BCDR, SaaS Backup, or VoIP telephony including Microsoft Teams.
