What you will do

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues across multiple client environments.
• Configure and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including Hyper-V host setup and server administration.
• Troubleshoot and deploy SonicWall firewalls, networking switches, and access points.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Datto BCDR/SaaS Backup solutions.
• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to Level I technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket tracking using the Autotask system.

Requirements

• Must reside in DC metro area.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification (must be obtained within 6 months of employment if not held).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server 2016-2022.
• Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, and core networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Intune, and on-premise SharePoint administration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• MD-102 certification.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup.
• Knowledge of VOIP telephony, including Microsoft Teams.
