Scheduling Representative (Logistics)

What you will do

• Schedule delivery appointments through email, phone, and customer TMS systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth delivery processes.
• Improve customer scheduling processes with the Customer Sales team.
• Work with Carrier Sales to optimize loads and improve carrier sourcing.
• Handle challenging requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in coordinating, scheduling, or administrative work.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordination, or planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to maintain high customer service standards.
• Familiarity with USA geography and experience in the logistics industry.
