Scheduling Representative (Logistics)

What you will do

• Schedule delivery appointments through email, phone, and customer TMS systems.
• Coordinate with other teams to support smooth delivery operations.
• Improve customer scheduling processes with the Customer Sales team.
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales to optimize loads and improve carrier sourcing.
• Handle challenging requests and escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in coordinating, scheduling, or administrative work.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordination, or planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to resolve issues urgently while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Familiarity with US geography and experience in the logistics industry.
