Product Manager - Group (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for pre-payment healthcare solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer research, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain prioritized product roadmaps based on customer, market, business, and resource needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support on product development and go-to-market execution.
• Monitor product performance, manage risks, and improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of professional Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Experience translating market research, customer feedback, business objectives, and data into product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
• Experience managing products across the complete lifecycle and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and PCI-DSS healthcare compliance and security requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• Product Owner/Product Manager or Pragmatic Marketing certification.
• Experience with healthcare payment integrity solutions.
