Founding Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, UK — on-site five days a week from the Holborn office

What you will do

• Own design for key product areas, transforming ambiguous problems into clear and elegant solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and product usage.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to explore and validate ideas.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to bring designs to production and iterate after launch.
• Contribute to the design system and establish scalable product patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, beyond visual design.
• Proficiency with Figma or an equivalent modern design tool.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and open-ended product problems.
• Ability to advocate for design decisions while remaining open to feedback and debate.
• Familiarity with user research methods and front-end development constraints.
